Coaching support throughout the season
“Not enough teams are teaching their racers how to race. Road racing is a team sport but not many people actually practice that or even really know what that means. Mountain bike and Cycolcross are skill heavy cycling disciplines, but I don’t see many teams teaching the necessary skill development to achieve success. I hope to change the way cycling teams race and train by providing coached training and skill building rides and coach supported team races.”
